When we picked up the vehicle the ck engine light was on. We went in and told them immediatley. The answer was yes it needs a tune up. While driving from Trail BC to Chilliwack BC the brakes were sketchy. When I dropped it off the code to ck it in was not working so I had my grandson try who knows more about technology and it would not work for him either. Do we had to use the 24 hour line and I asked the lady to note both the engine light and the brakes on the form. I was advised to double ck in the morning to make sure the vehicle was done. It was.

The only issue I had and it wasn't with the office or anything was the fact that with doing an after hours pick up I had to use the app, which would normally have been fine, except cell service in the area the office is, isn't the best. My app got stuck constantly asking me to 'add a contact' and wouldn't move past this. I ended up having to call to get the code for the uhaul because the app kept not working. Other than that though serive was grwat! Truck was clean and ready to go and since they didn't have the 20' one we ordered we ended up getting a 26' for the same price! Which was great!
Jessica BPickup in Kelowna and drop-off in Trail were great! Maria in Trail at OK Tire was particularly helpful when I got told I needed to drop my unit off an extra 350kms away and that I would not be compensated for any gas or time for the 2 people and vehicle that would be needed to perform this. U-Haul was NOT understanding that this didn't work and I was about to cancel my reservation when I got a hold of Maria in Trail and she helped me sort this out and drop off in Trail. U-Haul corporate needs to understand this does NOT work and really paise people like Maria

WAYNE PThe staff in Trail was great and dealing with an awful situation. The staff in Trail made everything ok. UHAUL HEAD OFFICE: u suck. Your customer service is horrible. You don't just get to change the drop off location to another town 4 hours away and not only not tell the customer but expect the customer to be on the hook for the additional gas. What a shock to find out that when I was dropping off the truck in the place I had on my contract. Additionally to find out I would be charged hundreds of dollars to drop the truck off in the place on my contract is not OK.
