I requested PU in Green Valley AZ. Although the location I selected had no matches available, the facility next door had 10 units available, yet was sent 15 miles, each way, out of my way.

Extend hours
FRED SEasy process good truck, will use them again.
Bonnie EBe open on Sunday so your clients don't have to pay for an extra day that isn't necessary. Or at least offer your clients an alternative drop location on Sundays. It was kind of frustrating not knowing specific hours. Rather than relying on your clients knowledge, offer some insight. I will use a different location next time so I don’t have to miss work AND pay an extra day.
