Car haulers foot crank handle was hard to turn to adjust the height for attaching to the truck. It broke later on in my rental. Lack of maintenance and mechanical inspection between rentals is at fault for the damage, and my inconvenience.

Sylvain DThis location is a 3rd party uhaul location, out of a gas station, the staff couldn't care less.On pickup, They made me tie up the trailer and drive up to the front for the photo, he didn't even help me check if the lights were functioning on the trailer. Like they normally do at the actual uhaul location. When I returned the trailer it was even worse, it was another employee and he had no customer service, he seemed miserable and did not speak clearly to me I had to ask him to repeat several times because he was mumbling from misery. He told me to drop the trailer back where I found it and asked me if there was any wrong with the trailer, trusting me instead of verifying. He said ok you're good to go we'll send you by email, I said but you don't even know who I am or what I have. He asked for my name and equipment number, which took forever to write down, I said I don't know the equipment number, he said it's on the trailer go outside and look.. My trailer was parked too far, he said I could find it on my contract, I had to sift through emails while he waited. He couldn't have also looked in up in his system? Then he asked me what time it was, for the return time. What? Seriously? This employee was so miserable and unpleasant to work with. I was really disappointed in the lack of customer service especially compared to uhaul DDO, where everything is smooth and friendly. I will not return back to this location again. I don't expect a whole welcoming commity, but at least be decent and courteous. 0/10.
Anthony DI was forced to return the truck to pick up location when I reserved for drop off to where I was moving. Furthermore, I was forced to pay for the additional mileage and gas to return the truck an hour away. While also having my husband drive our car one hour out of the way. And back. Just to return the truck.
Shari HEquipment I reserved was not there. Not the guy's fault, but a big problem.
