Sometimes you can’t move the larger vehicle into your space. When I asked if we could move it with a different vehicle so it could pull it ourt to a location I could hook up to the larger vehicle, I was told it voided the contract I was shut down verbally on this matter repeatedly as I was trying explain I could not hook up at the location. I tried to find a solution including a contract for the truck to transfer to the larger vehicle but again I was shut down. It was a huge inconvenience for us. Had to hookup beside a busy highway very unsafe to do so.

Brett CThe front desk representative was not customer friendly. He became visibly upset because I returned the vehicle later than expected. While I was driving back to the city, he called me twice and spoke in an angry and confrontational tone regarding the late return. I found the interaction unprofessional and felt that the situation could have been handled in a more courteous and respectful manner. He then threatened me that I will be banned from their location. When I came just few minutes before the closing time, he then drove away.
