Marianne RThe return location was great. The pick up was late slow un. Helpful and did not have the moving blankets I reserved. I SPECIFICALLY DECLINED SAFE TRIP COVERAGE AND WAS CHARGED TWO TIMES $32 FOR TRUCK N$16+ FOR TRAILER I MOVED FOR YOU. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF THOSE AND PROOF OF MY $50 CREDIT FOR HAULING YOUR TRAILER. CONTACT ME IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS OR ISSUES WITH THIS

Steven DThey were having significant issues with their computers. They could not get into their computers to look at my reservation. They did not have the moving mats I had reserved (although offered me two they found around the shop that were very dirty and unacceptable). I would have forgiven all that, however the person assigned to connect my trailer did not know what he was doing. He had no idea what to do with the third chain, which he proceeded to "drape" across the hitch (which would have lasted about two minutes on the road). He couldn't figure out why the thing over the hitch was "floppy". Well, it was because the hitch was not actually seated properly. Once my nephew got it in place it was secure. My nephew and I ended up pulling out bungie cords and securing the "extra" chain and getting the hitch hooked up properly. He was a nice enough guy but really had no idea what he was doing. He did nothing to make me feel comfortable that it would be safe to drive 2+ hours on the interstate. He was joking that he was 94% sure it was ok. Comforting. It took 54 minutes to pick up the trailer and there was not another customer in sight. Unacceptable service. When I dropped it off at another location the guy at this location took one look and said "what happened here?". He too was horrified.
