Donald TNo signs for where to put equipment back. Dude workin was rude as hell and waited until i was done unloading the trailer to come over. Ill pay more with a different company for better customer service in the future. Yall dropped the ball all the way around.
Sterling SI can't comment on the drop off location because it was closed but allowed trailer drop offs. One issue is that the assigned drop off location on I-20 in Weatherford, TX has not been a UHaul location for months according to the employee at the location (truck stop). I had to call the UHaul help number to get a new location.
