While the facility and rental was seamless, getting a call from uhaul that location was going to be 30 miles from where I initially rented was unexceptable. I rented on line a month in advance.

Was the equipment well maintained? No. Safety issues - Right front tire was completely bald on one side. It would never pass inspection. Left front also would not pass inspection. I would love to attach pictures that I took. Also, it was a hot day and the AC was not working properly. It would blow out cold, then it would stop blowing cold. It would be blowing but the cold was not there. And it was not there for most of our travel on this hot day. I've rented this very truck in the past - month or so ago, and had the same issue, so it's a long term problem that is not fixed.
