Truck was somewhat dirty on the inside / cab portion of the unit. The drivers side door did not latch well, and the dash would tell you the door was ajar randomly. The truck served it's purpose for me and it worked well.
Brandon GIt would have helped to have the counter person tell us to take pictures of the truck before we left, rather than send an email after we were gone. It didn't matter until this case, but it might in someone else's. Otherw8se very efficient and personable.

Todd NThe only issue was the inability to take all the required pictures when the truck was returned. We needed to take multiple pictures and tries over 20 pics and it would not except the picture. No idea why but I had to give up on that after almost 30 minutes trying. It was on Sunday and no one was there for support. They always do a great job and it was definitely a software issue nothing to do with the local company. I rate them a Perfect 5.
