I was charged for an extra day despite calling the 1-800 number to check the truck back in on time when the app wouldn't work. I was able to get it fixed fairly easily through the 1-800 number. I've rented here in the past without any issue and the staff were very down to earth and easy to work with.

Jim DLocation was closed. There was a big storm which made it difficult to find it. Also got soaked returning keys to drop box.
Christopher WPolite and courteous staff. We did have a tire that lost tread and showed the steel threads. Called the U-Haul service and a truck came out and put on a brand new tire and wheel.
