Location was closed. There was a big storm which made it difficult to find it. Also got soaked returning keys to drop box.
Christopher WPolite and courteous staff. We did have a tire that lost tread and showed the steel threads. Called the U-Haul service and a truck came out and put on a brand new tire and wheel.
Diane NThe people at Shepherd were very professional. Had a very bad experience with the scheduling representatives on the phone. If it were not for Tod Hale a regional representative that helped me in person at Shepherd it would have been a disaster. I was told to go to another location 1 hour and 30 minutes away to find out upon arrival that they gave my confirmed truck away to a walk-in customer. Had Tod Hale not showed up, I would be a Penske customer for life. The scheduling personnel on the phone were a disaster.
Mark SWell the 6x11 with a ramp was horrible. I did not see where the ramp opening was only 4.9 inches wide. So what I loaded in it required a forklift I did not have at my house. Who makes a 6 foot wide trailer with a tiny opening. You might as well Made it a 4 x11. A job that should have took me 2 hours to do took me 6 hours to track some one with a forklift to unload my item. Was one of the most horrible experiences I have dealt with.
