How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhile I had a 24 hour rental booked, It was all local and I only needed the trailer for a few hours. The agreement was to pick up the trailer in the evening and return it the next morning (before noon), however U-Haul automatically cancelled my reservation when I didn't pick up the trailer at noon. This was inconvenient and I needed to call back to adjust my rental before I could go pick up the trailer.
