Absolutely DO NOT recommend this location anymore. I have used this location in the past and had no issues. The area around it has changed dramatically over the last few years (they opened a treatment center right down the road and seems all businesses around are being affected) and seems to be used as a hang out for all types during the day. To say the pick up and drop off experience were uncomfortable would be an understatement. I physically had to lock myself in the U-Haul while completing the pickup steps and at drop while i waited for my ride because i was being harassed by multiple people. Even in the U-Haul i had people knocking on the window. I have not felt this uncomfortable in a long time. This location should not be in business any longer if they are not going to take some serious steps to protect their clients and business. With SO MANY other U-Haul options in town do yourself a favor and don't pick this one. I fully regret it, they also forgot my furniture pads i paid for. The U-Haul itself was great, super good condition, very clean and got the job done!

Michael BLocation was a little tricky to get in and out of because so narrow. One way in and one way out with trucks also parked along the exit drive. Had to have a person trying to cut through back up so we could move forward. Directions received on line said to put lock in the key box. That was not the case...needed to keep the lock during use and put it back on the truck when finished. Only a key will fit in the key box. A dolly was requested and was not provided. This location does not have staff, so I had to do without.
