Very efficient drop off. Appreciate the quick turn around. Also, the gentleman at the regional scheduling location who FINALLY set up the correct drop off location was wonderful. He was in NC, knew the location that was 7 min from my new place and fixed the incorrect state quickly. Appreciate his level of efficiency and customer service. Everyone else (4 people) I spoke with in scheduling needs a map of the US and geography class.
