Over all the only very serious problems I had was the cost comparison from my last rental and the most recent rent was unreasonably high and actually not reasonable to afford. It was an emergency and I didn’t have a choice, but if I did have a choice I would have found another way. It was not the owners fault because we have had a long standing relationship and I value his excellent service and friendly demeanor! Sticker shock!!!
