While driving to a location, I realized that I had forgotten to reserve my rental trailer, so I called a number - thinking I was getting the Winfield (WV) location. Instead, I was in touch with someone from somewhere who suggested that I use the online method of reserving equipment. Perhaps that's the corporate way, but I much more prefer speaking with someone who knows exactly what is on their lot. I have experienced going to a location only to find the piece of equipment that I had 'reserved' to not be on the lot. I am thankful the Winfield (WV) location is both knowledgeable and reliable.
