SHAWN MI booked for a Steinbach pick up, then they called me the last minute to pick up in Winnipeg. The price was a lot higher for a trailer than what I was quoted. This seems to be the way this company operates. I booked a truck to be picked up and dropped off in Morden the following month. They called me after everything was booked and changed pick up to Winnipeg. That would be an extra 300kms. I will not do any business with u-haul in the future.
Anna TThis was my first time renting at that location. The rental cabin was very dirty; the rental box floor has not been broomed. I will not recommend it to a friend as they were late, by one hour, to provide me with my rental. They promised me a reduction of $50 on my final bill; this has not happened. I will not return to this location for all those reasons!!!!
