FELIX CLocation was easy to access and conveniently located. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rental equipment I received was pretty old and dirty, but functional.
CHRISTOPHER GGentleman came out and greeted us and even opened the gate for us. He then proceeded to, after our check out process in the app, drive the vehicle back for us. Absolutely the best service I’ve experienced from a U-Haul hands down.
