We only needed the truck for 11 miles. Pickup and drop off was easy. Staff was very friendly and informative. The location was convenient for our move. All in all a seemless experience.
Marilee WThis location has a huge lot—making maneuvering the truck very easy. The truck was returned through the app, so I cannot comment on the friendliness or professionalism of the personnel.
Shellie SI had checked for a 5x9 motorcycle trailer i recieved a 5x9 trailer but no bump out in front for motorcycle wheel. 3 other trailers available on site like what I had asked for but couldn't have what I reserved because those are in town only. Also recieved a call on Sunday telling me I couldn't drop trailer off at the selected drop off as they were at capacity when I had already dropped it off at ajs at 3pm on Friday when was done with the trailer.
