I rented a storage unit. Showed up with a U-Haul with all of my stuff and the unit that I was rented has a lock on it. I couldn't move my stuff in and I couldn't return my U-Haul renntal BC it still has my stuff in it. I, also had to arrange for a driver for the day of the move so I am leaving to look for a driver again as I didn't even get to move my stuff to storage.

BRIAN C | First ImpressionsThe staff was great, helpful, accommodating and flexible. Prices were reasonable. My only concern was that mice were able to get into the unit. It is understandable due to its proximity to fields. Nothing was ruined, but it would be great if it was better sealed.

CATHERINE S | Overall ExperienceI called the site attendant after I reserved my storage locker, she informed me that she would the advertized free puck lock with keys in my empty unit for when I moved in that evening. When I got there, there was no lock, or key anywhere, I went back the following day to add more items to storage, still no lock.I called a number of times before their advertised closing time, and nobody would pickup the phone ! I then had to go buy a 38 dollar lock. What a hassle !
