How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat staff
barry h | First ImpressionsThanks for your service and security of forvthe equipment.
HABTOM W | Overall ExperienceGreat customer service, great support and excellent communication. Thank you
Mohammed F | First ImpressionsVery helpful staff
Robert L | Overall ExperienceThere were a mountain of mouse droppings in one of the corners & one day a bat fell down as I was opening the garage door. My things had a smell afterwards & I’ve got an air freshener around my clothes hoping that it’s temporary & will go away. Otherwise, your customer relations are very good.
Jeanne S | Overall ExperienceSaturn was extremely helpful and fun.
Robert L | First ImpressionsAll the staff were great very helpful and understanding especially the owner Alveena!! Moving is a very stressful time so when you have a staff at Uhaul moving & storage that are calm.....not like me lol! It makes it less stressful for sure!!
ALISON N | Overall ExperienceProud to be a customer of our local and Canadian wide facility
Raymond A | First ImpressionsU-haul on Hazelwood tics ✅ all the boxes for outstanding customer service on all levels.
Robert M | Overall ExperienceJust wished it had a light inside to see in evening .
SHONNAH A | Overall ExperienceAfter the new management this location is garbage
Noor E | Overall ExperiencePrice is king and although I had a great experience with U-Haul, the units are dramatically more expensive than other businesses in the area. When i.can get a unit somewhere else for half the price, its hard to stay. Other than the price, I was quite happy there.
