wilmer j | First ImpressionsI’m giving an average rating because we were given access to a storage unit which was too small. That was my fault in selectinga unit that was too small. I had to go back and ask the manager for a bigger unit three times before we could find one that was the size we wanted. every time he would give me another unit it would be locked. Finally we just walked around and found a storage unit that was unlocked and it happened to be the size we needed. It seems that the records kept don’t accurately reflect which units are available.

I was not satisfied with my exit because I was not given a receipt showing my check out date and it took more than 2 weeks for my storage room to be inspected. This caused some confusion with billing. I received a late notice as if my bill was not paid properly. I had to take several steps to ensure no further payments were billed.

Anthony T | Overall ExperienceI only rented the unit for two months, I had small items in the unit. the first day i went to store my items my access was denied… i was told were computer related issues @that time. so decided to cancel my rental..talked to an employee around the 28th about moving out b4 the (5th) rental due date. went to move my four items out there was a lock & saying i was denied access for nonpayment on May 2nd but rent not due till 5th. the employee drove over and removed the lock, i got my 4 items and asked for receipt. the employee said i could not get a receipt until housekeeping inspected the unit. mind you the employee had removed the lock… witnessing there was nothing in there!!! But he would email me the receipt the next day. no receipt sa, sun or monday. i was there for 7AM, i explain everything to the older female employee, who reads my original conversation with the male employee from the 28th. she says no one made any notes so she will have the manager call me. ridiculous!!!!!!! they sent me bill 5/7/25.
