SUSANA L | First ImpressionsEverything was awesome until the end. We had two storage units rented for a couple of months. We cleaned out both storage units on June 27 and we turned in our entry card. Two weeks later, I noticed that one of the units was still listed on my U-Haul account. I contacted U-Haul about this and requested that the unit be removed from my account. On July 25 I received an email that indicated that my unit rental was past due and a late fee had been applied to my account. After another set of emails and phone calls, the unit was finally taken off my account and both the rental fee and late fee were removed from my account. The end of our experience with U-Haul has been a nightmare. Fortunately, it is finally over.
