The in store staff were great. The resource that originally rented the unit was misleading. I’m 66 and she said there were four steps. Very misleading because there were more like 12 or 15 steps to walk to get to the unit. Not acceptable when you are dealing with the elderly! Period!

The only reason I closed my unit was because I was able to rent one from my apartment building. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a storage facility.
