Robert K. | First ImpressionsWhoever the guy is that runs the wrightsboro rd store in Augusta ga, is horrible. I called twice for an extension and he threatened me if I didn’t return the truck and refused to extend it. My wife called the 1800 number to get it extended. But he called and was threatening me on the 9/14 when I had reservations until 9/15 to return the truck or he would call the cops and report it stolen. All I was doing is trying to move. Because of his actions I definitely would never recommend U-Haul. Worst experience I’ve ever seen in my life.
