Everything went well! Clean and dry unit. I loved the donation area for furniture as well as for used moving boxes.

All three times I used this facility. All of the staff I encountered were great! Robert and Jasmine in particular were so helpful and compassionate about the issues I had with the apartment. They were lights in a few dark days, and I am grateful for their excellent service.

ANTHONY A | Overall ExperienceWhen me and my sister drove 12hrs to clean out my storage unit we had wait a very long time to get into the storage facility cause we had arrived too early (between 12pm-1am), the storage facility didn’t open til 5am. Then when we did get in I found my lock gone and a different lock on my unit and then we had to wait til 7 for a worker to come in. I understand I had some overdue balances that I cleared up but when the workers came no one had the key needed to get the lock off. It had been put on by someone who doesn’t even work at that store location. No one had any contact information for the person with the key. Then the employee running the desk was incredibly rude to my sister. He cussed at her, calling himself a “king” and that we needed to respect him. I can’t remember his name (I think it started with a M) but he was black and was wearing a knee brace. And because of dealing with all this we got on back on the road way later then we wanted and had to deal with insane traffic on an already taxing drive. I have never had such a bad experience at U-Haul and after this I don’t plan on returning.
