Elvis F | Overall ExperienceUnit was ready when I arrived; however, I should have received a free lock according to the online check in process, and I did not. Thankfully I had one with me. I was also unable to access the rent center to ask about the lock because all doors were locked.
MICHAEL K | Online Move InUnit had roaches and spiders both live and dead. I was unable to take things home because I didn’t want the roaches to travel home with me. In addition, there was barely had onsite staff, I usually had to go down to uhaul on Brundage and Union when i had an issues.
