My mother's storage had holes from squirrels. Many things were ruined and wet. Had to throw precious things away. Will never use again.

CHRISTOPHER M | First ImpressionsThe slab the units sit on is situated such that a heavy rain eclipsed the lip of my unit and let water in. The water 1. Leached up my dresser legs and I had to throw it away 2. Leached up my flat screen tv box and I no longer have a box to safely move the tv 3. Molded my sheets and clothing and I had to wash and dry clean all 4. Allowed stink bugs to infest all non-sealed items. We were still removing them from our new place 5 days after getting our items out Seasonal heavy rains should be counted on and protected against by the construction of the units. The local store said I needed to have bought the U-Haul insurance to protect against rain.

Also couldn’t get to and out of units after office was closed due to the way they parked trucks and other rental equipment. Damage to my vehicle trying to squeeze out of the facility one evening. Even had to move my unit because they parked a truck in front of the unit and could not find the truck keys. Overall this experience was horrible. If i could request a refund i would. I was there for a year and the experience was bad the entire time.

It was conveniently close to me and easy to rent. I got a new unit for half the price and over double the space at a different facility.
