The slab the units sit on is situated such that a heavy rain eclipsed the lip of my unit and let water in. The water 1. Leached up my dresser legs and I had to throw it away 2. Leached up my flat screen tv box and I no longer have a box to safely move the tv 3. Molded my sheets and clothing and I had to wash and dry clean all 4. Allowed stink bugs to infest all non-sealed items. We were still removing them from our new place 5 days after getting our items out Seasonal heavy rains should be counted on and protected against by the construction of the units. The local store said I needed to have bought the U-Haul insurance to protect against rain.
Greg S | Overall ExperienceAutumn had me in and out of there in a timely manner and was extremely helpful. Also was able to have a key for ready for me to pick up the next day, which I will be doing here very shortly. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful.
JESSE B | First ImpressionsNever had a clear access to my unit. Always had to go into the office and ask someone to move equipment to access the gate as well as had to work around parked U-Haul trucks in front of my door. Became more of a pain then convenience, ended up just moving everything out..

Douglas M | Overall ExperienceGot tired of having to maneuver around and past trucks to get to unit. Additionally there was usually a truck or trailer parked or hooking up in the access driveway by the gate.
CHARLES C | Overall ExperienceStorage units were infested with rodents and no rodent treatment were in boxes. Also couldn’t get to and out of units after office was closed due to the way they parked trucks and other rental equipment. Damage to my vehicle trying to squeeze out of the facility one evening. Even had to move my unit because they parked a truck in front of the unit and could not find the truck keys. Overall this experience was horrible. If i could request a refund i would. I was there for a year and the experience was bad the entire time.

It was conveniently close to me and easy to rent. I got a new unit for half the price and over double the space at a different facility.
