My main complaint is that the website is misleading regarding the drive-up storage. The ramp is difficult to backup on and you can only drive to the entrance. That should be made clear on the website. I was in a rush back in 2019 and would never have taken the rooftop had I known the details prior to scheduling the room. Finally, there was only one cart when I was moving out which I had to wait for to get the job done. The problems with the rooftop storage should be fixed; don’t call storage drive up when you can only drive to the storage entrance. Call it rooftop storage, plain and simple.

I met a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady Chene (don’t know if that’s the spelling) who made the process seamless, thumbs up to her. The price could have been cheaper tho, I’m just saying.

I then called back requesting for the representatives name and the other employee refused to give it to me and I was on hold for 10+ minutes. I then called back and again and they refused to pick the phone up. I got to the location and when I arrived all Macdaniel did was curse the whole time like he wasn’t on the job. He is the most unprofessional employee I’ve ever seen in my life. I confronted the employees about the issue and how I heard what he said about me and they thought it was funny. There was no manager on site. I would love to be contacted to see what the manager has to say about this incident. If the phone call was on a recorded line I would love for U-Haul to retrieve it as proof. I will be leaving bad reviews all over and never recommending this place.
