Great place to store my things for a year just wish it wasn’t up top with the spiral ramp. It was challenging at times trying to get the moving van up the ramp, but I did it. Thank you, U-Haul staff at Bellrose! Happy holidays!!

Jeffrey S | First ImpressionsMy main complaint is that the website is misleading regarding the drive-up storage. The ramp is difficult to backup on and you can only drive to the entrance. That should be made clear on the website. I was in a rush back in 2019 and would never have taken the rooftop had I known the details prior to scheduling the room. Finally, there was only one cart when I was moving out which I had to wait for to get the job done. The problems with the rooftop storage should be fixed; don’t call storage drive up when you can only drive to the storage entrance. Call it rooftop storage, plain and simple.

I met a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady Chene (don’t know if that’s the spelling) who made the process seamless, thumbs up to her. The price could have been cheaper tho, I’m just saying.
