Devlon N | Overall ExperienceThe facility was always clean. The staff was friendly. There was miscommunication regarding when late fees will be applied. The app malfunction a few times when we first got the storage, which made it hard for us to pay before fees were applied. The staff was kind and left a note that I did not close my storage correctly. It had been months after and everything seem to be still there. They taught me how to lock my storage properly. Overall service is great . Would recommend 10/10.
maia w | Overall ExperienceWhat I like about it? I own those extremely hot days. I can go into my storage and take my time. I'm 70 years old that helps me a lot. In the wintertime, when it's freezing cold, I can come in. Don't have to worry about rushing. The heat is consistent. Now I need somewhere to store my car. Do you have any suggestions?

Marsheila B | Overall ExperienceWater leaked into my storage unit consistently every time it rained. I’ve complained about it several times. To points I had to throw away plenty of items that cost extensive amounts of money. Not only that, as I was moving out I found I rat in my unit which was incredibly alarming. When I alerted a staff member of this issue, she stated “there is an infestation after a building was tore down.” However there was never an alert, email or notification that was sent out. Once again, I found rat pellets through my items and things tore up by the rat. Which again resulted in having to throw away several items. This was an absolute poor experience and traumatizing to say the least. I would never rent with U-Haul ever again. I hope I could get some type of reimbursement for all the things I’ve had to throw away.
