When moving in our items in back in May there was a huge dead RAT in the hallway and it was stuck under the storage room door next to ours. Other then that and my wife freaking out, all was ok.

My recliners were destroyed even in the furniture bags that were supposed to be mouse proof. Location near the river is not a good recommendation. Facility should tend to the rats and mice and bugs better.
