Upon arriving at unit the door was open and it had a mattress, split box spring , and garbage all over the floor. Condom, sugar packets, picture of a man in boxer underwear, mail, hair clips. So glad I went to storage unit before we started moving.

Stacey L | First ImpressionsI was told when I got the unit if I rented a truck on 10/31/2025 also I would get a month free on my unit went to get truck and I was charged 160 for truck and $149 for unit then went to get my stuff out and my unit was locked so called talk to Curtis and he said I would be reimbursed for that month and my door would be unlocked it didn't get done that way so on the 5th my husband went to unit after I talk to Savannah about the unit she said also I would be reimbursed and that she would have them unlock my unit and we said our stuff be out on the 5th and it was I still have not got reimbursed at all for the remainder of the $149 after five days is taken out for there fault for locking my door and I had to wait to go get my stuff out and it's been out sence the 5th I should have been reimbursed by know
