Storage until was broken into and many irreplaceable items was stolen. The way the breakin happened had to be a staff member or someone who knew the facility inside and out and schedules. Besides the mishaps the manager was cool and helped me through the process of filling the claim and initiated a plan to secure the doors to prevent further break-ins.

I had to discard a number of things and deep clean others. It was a smelly mess. I saw water was standing in the hallway and the roof of the building has buckled from water. The building needs to be rebuilt.

KEBLIN l | Overall ExperienceElevator was down for months. Staff can be rude at times. When asked about elevator repair I was told it wasn’t their fault. Had to walk up and the stairs about 15 to 20 to move out a storage full of heavy items. Poor service all around is why I left and will never recommend anyone.
