My storage unit was burglarized twice and all of my valuables were stolen except the Christmas decorations and table linens. The location was convenient so that’s why I chose it, worst mistake of my life.

The way the breakin happened had to be a staff member or someone who knew the facility inside and out and schedules. Besides the mishaps the manager was cool and helped me through the process of filling the claim and initiated a plan to secure the doors to prevent further break-ins.
