LESTER R | First ImpressionsI had a storage full of belongings and had to carry all my possessions down stairs do to the elevator not working for almost a month how I know I’ve been having to come get my possessions a piece at a time for the whole month and it still wasn’t fixed up to 4/2/25 my checkout day 🤦🏾♂️and the excuse was always different reasons
KEBLIN l | Overall ExperienceElevator was down for months. Staff can be rude at times. When asked about elevator repair I was told it wasn’t their fault. Had to walk up and the stairs about 15 to 20 to move out a storage full of heavy items. Poor service all around is why I left and will never recommend anyone.

I was able to get in touch with customer service and file a claim and everyone was super helpful just wish this was noticed prior to getting truck as I had to fumigate furniture for ants. Other than that staff is awesome!
Asia V | Overall ExperienceSome of the staff members were nice, others were rude. I moved out of my unit on the 14th of July and the move out has just now been processed. The facilities were dirty and smelled of mildew and mold and most of my items were trashed due to mold and mildew build up even though they were in containers. I asked about a refund for the remaining portion of the month since I only used it for 14 of the 31 days and was told by the store manager no but was told by customer service it's up to the managers discretion. Considering I was only late on payments maybe 3 times the entire year and a half I paid for the storage unit I would assume that a refund on half would be a reasonable request. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this experience left a very poor taste in my mouth for renting storage units. I've never had issues with renting a truck/cargo van.

Monquenette W | Overall ExperienceThe general manager was alone doing the job of three people. She’s overwhelmed, overworked and stressed as well as frustrated but she did get the job done. She was yelled at, cursed at and humiliated in front of other customers. She was helpful, and thoughtful through it all and kept her composure throughout the whole ordeal. But she did arrive late several times and we did have to be in the line for hours.
