My leaser was helpful and pleasant young woman and answered every question. The couple who were managers(assuming) were surely, never spoke to me even when I introduced myself and watched my every move, making me uncomfortable. They did not appear clean or well kept. Maybe a customer relations course would be of value.

This store location is the most convenient and best location of the surrounding UHaul locations and in my opinion, the busiest. Please allow Management and staff to continue the great work they have been doing.

Jessie M | First ImpressionsI made a reservation a month in advance. I arrived at the location for them to tell me they have no units available. Additionally, they inform me the reservation system allows them to get overbooked and this has been an issue for a year or two. Why hasn't anyone fixed this? It is completely unacceptable that you make a reservation and it cannot be honored. On top of the reservation not being honored, I had called 24hrs prior to arriving to make sure I could check in and everything was all set. Why wasn't I told then there would be an issue? The attendant was not very helpful and acted like he could care less. This was an absolute joke and I do not know how Uhaul can stay in business using this type of business model.
