Customer service has been amazing here!!!! Never had any issues with accessing our unit at any time ….units are extremely clean…would definitely use again …rates are very reasonable as well …highly recommend!!

Jordan K | Overall ExperienceMy insurance paperwork was presented and on file and then the facility decided they didn’t have it and began charging an extra $22 a month. After 6 months I noticed the extra charge and when I brought it to the managers attention instead of refunding or applying the $132 towards rent they told me they would give me $20 of free boxes. After 2+ years of auto payment and being a retired Marine I took the boxes offering as an insult and acquired storage elsewhere.

When you rent any storage space, be sure you know how to contact people in charge when the office is closed. Affordable kept me in my old contract with a modest raise which made it very affordable to me when they took over the facility.
