After making a reservation, Affordable Storage Guys was quick to call back and get us set up. They were friendly and helpful. Our unit was clean and waiting for us, they even provide a lock which is nice. All-in-all a great first impression while the prices reflect the name.

After 6 months I noticed the extra charge and when I brought it to the managers attention instead of refunding or applying the $132 towards rent they told me they would give me $20 of free boxes. After 2+ years of auto payment and being a retired Marine I took the boxes offering as an insult and acquired storage elsewhere.
