Stephanie Lightfoot was extremely helpful. We stored dorm items for four months as my son attends WKU from out of state. The process was easy, facility was clean and climate controlled. Stephanie was kind, patelient and available for my many silly questions. We'll be using them again. Highly recommend.

Jordan K | Overall ExperienceMy insurance paperwork was presented and on file and then the facility decided they didn’t have it and began charging an extra $22 a month. After 6 months I noticed the extra charge and when I brought it to the managers attention instead of refunding or applying the $132 towards rent they told me they would give me $20 of free boxes. After 2+ years of auto payment and being a retired Marine I took the boxes offering as an insult and acquired storage elsewhere.
