When renting the unit, I had concern with the unit not being accessible 24hrs becasue of trucks parked in front of the unit at the time of rental. I mentioned this concern with the young lady processing the contract and she assured me that the unit would not be blocked and I'd have my 24hr access all the time with no.issues. That was not the case, my unit was.blocked 90% of the time. Everytime I asked someone to move the trucks they would but that was only good if I could get there during business hours. The last month I was there, jt actually cost an extra month storage due me not being able to get there before the end of the buisness day, thus causing me to miss out on friends witb trucks a d despite calli g 2-3 times and complaing to the general manager, nothing was done. .I did have the manager call me and ask me what would make it right, I said hey how about a refund for that.months rent, after all yall are the cause of me being there past the 1st of the month anyway. Well he was going to comp me a free truck for the day.a d even though I asked him would it matter what time I came up there can anybody handle this and he said yes but that too wasnt the case and only a manager could do that so.needleas to say afyer waiting up there for an hpur I left agvrevated and no truck.... Very disappointed to say the least.
