willam J | Overall ExperienceThe parking for moving vans coming in to parking area was horrible. My moving truck had to unload in the busy entrance. Because there were too many unused moving vans, cargo trailers everywhere. there were personal vehicle parked in all the available customer parking spots and no where for anyone to park. At one point it was almost dangerous for anyone in the parking area to be walking or standing. I counted 5 U-Haul people working. 2 behind the counter with 10 people deep waiting in line, which meant 10 cars were parked everywhere not including the others coming, going and just dropping trucks, cargo trailers everywhere. 1 guy was trying to hook up trailers to cars. 1 was trying to get big trucks moved and the last guy in a broken ankle boot was outside trying to get customers calmed down and hooking up trailers to cars as well! Overall the overcrowding of moving vans, trucks, cargo trailers, the stressed out employees and lack of safe parking, made my experience less than 2 stars. The employees are not to blame, the owners lack of organization and lack of safety is the problem.

WILLIAM A | First ImpressionsThe parking is horrendous. If you go during business hours you’ll not get a parking spot. They have trucks and vans parked at the dock. Also employees apparently park there too. It’s very hard to load or unload if you can’t park near the doors.
