Alejandro R | Overall ExperienceNeed to resurface many of the hallways. The dollies jangle and jump around going over these rough surfaces. It shakes loose the items on a dolly that a renter is trying to move. Smooth the surface. Also that elevator is ridiculously small.

When I accidentally did not properly lock my unit, they immediately called to let me know. This made me feel my things were safe and secure. I would definitely recommend.

jonathan b | First ImpressionsGaining access to a storage unit that has already been registered ahead of time shouldn’t be this complicated. And the access points and protocol of this specific location is even more difficult when people are trying to move. As a customer I shouldn’t have to memorize and swipe 3 different doors to carry heavy things in and out my unit durning the day or after hours. Plus checking out when I leave. And then we have the option to pay extra money for 24hrs of even less convenience. I don’t get it. This is the only storage facility that I haven’t been able to get in and out of with ease by myself. I understand security but this is too much. Moving is stressful enough. You literally have to maneuver around the whole facility no matter where your unit is.
julia H | Online Move InOn the 23rd of November, in the morning I was moving out. I was talking to the manager . She was so rude to me . I pulled my phone from my pocket to check something . She asked me if I am recording her. I asked her what makes you believe I should be recording you? She wasn’t nice to me at all. I just wished her good luck. Accusing me of recording her without any proof.
