Bathrooms could be a cleaner
Tracey L | Overall ExperienceFront desk checked me in for my truck rental while checking in someone else she was not taking her time with me at all. When I asked about checking in for my storage unit she just looked at me and said “do it online” and gave no further info.
Riverevan S | Online Move InIt has been 20 years since I used Uhaul for anything, bad experience back then. I would def recommend them now for vehicle rental and storage options. Very good pricing, easy to deal with pick up, drop off and storage usage. The Bristol location in particular was amazing, clean, well-run with friendly staff. Even the bathroom in the storage block I was in was immaculate. Can't enough good about the overall experience.
