Anita G | Overall ExperienceI ask for storage for a heavy to lift items. Showed the fotos of the items upfront. They give me a box with STAIRS to walk up. Lifting by HAND only. I had to pay $50 to people to bring it in. The same will happen when leaving $50. I have to pay workers for lifting $100 as the communication is very poor with employees. Need refund ASAP.

ADEL A | Overall ExperienceRoom was too small and too short. The room originally rented I was supposed to take an elevator to the 4th floor and the carry my furniture up a flight of steps. I was forced to take a crunched room and had to throw a few items away because I couldn't afford another space for the rest of my items. I lost money renting a storage place at this facility.
