I had a lot of dust on my stuff and some kind of liquid coming from the top unit above me. Also the elevator, when you put your code outside of the elevator, once you get access, you go into the elevator and you have to do it again and put your password when you’re making many trips and if you don’t do it fast enough you get denied and you keep have to keep trying to use the elevator, which gets very frustrating and annoying. I think it would be better if everybody had a card to use for the elevator to make it more easy.

JACQUELINE H | Online Move InI have been here multiple times over the last 10 years. Without fail, the staff is disorganized and did empowered. Nothing seems to go right the first time. On this occasion, they couldn't find the truck they assigned to me. The ordeal added at least another hour to my pickup. And it's not this one time. Like I said, it's like this every time I go to this location. An employee complained that U-haul changes their systems and procedures without providing adequate training. But I think it's just as likely that the staff missed the training or are just plain incompetent. I'm afraid you'll need to tear this location down to the ground and rebuild it completely.
