No reason for not giving an excellent rating but my choice is definitely--ABOVE AVERAGE. The staff was always very helpful. As a consumer with multiple maladies, cancer being the toughest, staff was always efficient, cheerful, friendly, and helpful. I have recommended there business to several friends.

In order to get declined they must have tried to charge me for the next month. At that facility I had to drive to main office (4 plus miles) to get gate cards or push button to open the gate. We preferred having personnel onsite, which is not the case anymore, and it’s hard to talk with someone in the Brunswick main office by phone. That being said, using the app made communication more efficient. Rates are reasonable.
