I have been utilizing your facility in Burnsville and other locations for multiple years. Overall, I was a satisfied customer until I recently closed my rental unit. The worst comment I would have had would have been the bathroom in the storage facility. It was always dirty and lacked supplies. Something that wouldn't change my decision to use your business. After renting a unit in Burnsville for over three years and paying $3,641, I will never use your company again due to the actions of your Owner, Griffin. Before moving out of my storage unit, I called your facility to ask about the procedure for leaving a mattress (I have seen multiple left through the years). The person said I could simply leave it out front. While I was moving out, Griffin approached me to ask if the mattress was mine. After I acknowledged that it was, it said I couldn't leave it. I told him I had permission, and he said if I left it, he would charge me. My response was I'd better not get charged. His mature response was, "Are you threatening me?" He charged me $200. If I drove it somewhere else, the cost would have been around $35. He stated that the posted signage says the item must be desirable to someone else to take. At the time, another mattress covered the signage. (I have pictures) Due to the charge, my bank refunded the $200 because it was not authorized and therefore fraudulent. I had to spend several hours changing all of my direct pay accounts. I called to file a complaint and was given a complaint #5702566, and a promise that someone responsible would call and follow up with me. No call. I do have a promise: if that charge hits my checking account again, I will file a small claims court action and add payment for my time because of his actions. A great way to lose a long-standing customer. Maybe the staff there should train the owner regarding giving great customer service?

The office closed at 8:00pm and we were supposed to have access until 10:00pm but we weren't able to access it with our card or our code. We did speak with them about this in it but the issue was never resolved. Other than that, everything was great.

Regina S | Overall ExperienceBoth of my storage units had missing/stolen items and boxes were torn open and luggages locks forced off and items stolen from them. All of my valuable were stolen. The manager pulled me aside the day of vacating to tell me that he discovered that the locks were not the locks that was placed on the units, but had keys, when he stated to me that he was the only person that had the keys and they were safe in his office and no one else had access to the units. He had the keys and he changed the locks. He made a set deal on the rented Uhaul truck, but charged more after I contacted him about the stolen/ missing property and possessions from my units. Had mixed a bottle of body spray with boxed storage season's. It was just horrible. All expensive jewelry, perfume, purses, shoes, clothing's hone. My business ein number documents missing. I can go on and on. I am taking this issue further
