jennifer j | Overall ExperienceThere were live roaches crawling all over inside my unit. I asked the staff member on duty if pest control was performed regularly because we have never had roaches and didn't want to risk moving them into our new home and he rolled his eyes at me and acted like I was out of bounds for asking. We had to use multiple roach foggers, at our own expense, and still didn't feel comfortable moving the contents to our apartment so we literally had to trash hundreds of dollars worth of our belongings rather than risk it.
