Trash piles obstructing loading dock. Staff ignored on-time move-out completed through app and sent a late notice a week after unit was vacated. Move-out date listed here is incorrect...I moved out on 12/29/25.

MONQUEDA M | Overall ExperienceI visited this location for the storage and a truck while completing the checkout process it was time for me to pay I realized yall don’t accept Apple Pay or tap in general it wasn’t a problem I stepped out the store for less than 60 seconds my car was in the handicap next to the door to grab my card while I walked out the staff that was ringing me out started a completely new order and made me wait in line double the time. The dalton location won’t be my first pick moving forward. Very unprofessional.
