David K | First ImpressionsThey would not take a partial payment when I was trying to get my stuff out for delinquent payment. Which they auction off. This was all of my things. I was going through a period of hardship after loosing my job. I wasn't able to pay for my things all at once and they sold at least $10,000 worth of tools, furniture bedroom and kitchen set, electronics, snowboards, suits and art work of my personal things for $70. I also paid September rent twice beause of incompetence on there end. After I rented the unit in August, a month later they had no record of who I was. Probably why I ended up paying september twice. I also was unable to pay rent online through the app. . I'm so angrey that they sold all of my things becuse they wouldn't take partial payments! I also had sentimental things that were irreplaceable! I now have to start completely over! Such a disappointed, sad and angrey customer! Ada J | First ImpressionsInitial interactions with the staff were pleasant, and they displayed great customer service skills. However, the exit experience was disappointing—a 6:58 AM phone call accusing me of not returning the U-Haul without first checking the facts. The truck was back by 7pm, and the keys were in the night drop box. The agent was extremely rude.
