I had the storage unit for 5 years and asked to have my due date changed to the 1st of the month. At the time of this transaction I asked if everything would remain the same. I was told yes and asked for the change. My payment information did not continue and I incurred a 30 day passed due. I incurred significant late fees and my unit was put up for auction. I paid the late fees and moved my property out. I will never use your company again and will tell everyone I know the indifference and unethical business practices of your business.
