Staff very unprofessional and not very friendly to customer on the phone or in person. The environment there felt very unwelcomeing and sometime lie to customer or not very informed. Stuff they put in the storage falls on all over my stuff and also had to brake my lock 3 times. 2 was for maintenance I think that I did not request and one because they lost the key to my storage. I will requirement this place explicitly when putting my storage on foreclosure when I did pay my bills on time. If any recommendations can be offered retraining/firing need to happen and people that want to be there.
