I had a one way rental and rented a storage unit. I was to get a month free but did not. On the day of rental the computer site was down. Someone would call me back. No one called back. No one was ever available. I was out back w the truck and they called wanting their truck back. Horrible communication. The gate was left open all day every day. So I moved out.

I had a pleasant move in experience with this location. The manager and her team were fantastic. It was a very easy transition after having a conversation with The manager at this location.

She needs more training when a customer is coming in and if she’s on the phone, we expect for her to tell us to hold on so she can continue her phone call but instead she rather just look at us walking in and steady chatting on the phone, very unprofessional let the younger female very nice the men very nice.
