Brandon checked me in for a storage unit and wisely advised that I come back the next day to unload my trailer (due to how late it was that day). He personally took me to the unit I rented and told me to come back if I needed anything and I did and he helped me out again with kindness and patience. I had an additional need about a month later and had the good fortune of being helped by Allison who I later found out was the manager. I am a big fan of U-Haul because of these recent experiences. I will recommend them to everyone!
thomas f | Overall ExperienceThe location itself was fine. When I first opened my unit in 2022 there was no lock in the unit like I was told there would be. Therefore I had to put my own lock on it. It was then cut off and a new lock was put on. When I called to finally get the keys for the new lock, to be fair it was some time after, they couldn't find the keys on or off site. Some people told me the keys should have been mailed to me. I was told multiple times a manager would call me when the keys were found. That never happened. When I did speak to a manager they told me they'd call me back same day to try and give me information about getting the lock cut that didn't happen. Finally I got that lock cut, they replaced it. There were still some more issues after this but it's more of the same.
