I has several delays from the keys being wrong and the storage unit not being accessible even after being on the line with customer service for hours no help I had to keep U-Haul an additional day very inconvenient just for me to find out the next day they had me at the wrong storage unit drop off location

The only complaint would be that the bay doors are always broken. It’s inconvenient to try and load and unload a storage unit walking through a side door. Multiple people were inconvenienced by this.

Jose H | First ImpressionsThe staff , particularly Jazmyn , were absolutely rude to my Wife . They lied about late fees , and our options . We had to contact the U-Haul Corporate Office to get real information on our account status and options . Corporate were amazing and very helpful . The lighting was absolutely poor in our area of storage . I saw 2 rats in the hallway of an opposite stairs of other units . I wouldn’t suggest the Cleveland , OH Clark Avenue location to anyone .
