Laquaya G | First ImpressionsI was very disappointed with the fact that I rented 3 storage units. Two the first trip then one thr last trip a week later. I secured the package for the third unit coming from Virginia to South Carolina. The package included a free month storage. However I was billed for that third unit on the month it was said to be free. When I attempted to fix the matter with the manager at 1003 Zimalcrest I Columbia SC she would never call me back. I will as soon as possible remove all my belongings from that storage are and never recommend Uhaul as a service. I feel that the amount of money I spent in late 25 should have been given better customer service. I rate this as average because it took the one to spoil the other great agent in the business.

Matthew S | Online Move InMy unit 307/that whole isle way gets very very hot in the summer so consequently if you have to spend some time in your unit for what ever reason the heat is unbearable, maybe if you could tint the windows that would help. I would not recommend to anyone to have a storage on the row were my unit was, also the elevator is veeeeery slow to open and close.
