Though the experience was average, the pricing was well above average; QUADRUPLE that of competitors within a 6-10 min radius. My decision to relocate to another nearby facility was completely priced driven. Where I was paying $104 plus, at U-Haul, I found another great facility, with the same size space for less than $20 per month. The disparity is huge! I will be saving over 75% on my monthly rental fees. As a businessman, I would strongly suggest that U-Haul take heed to competitor pricing within their area and consider lowering prices to attract more business, or longer-term rentals, in order to remain competitive and before customers come to realize how badly they’re being ripped off.

TIMOTHY B | First ImpressionsUhaul location 1003 Zimalcrest Dr was not a pleasant experience I would not recommend this service to anyone at all the work was not very helpful nor accommodating I went there for a Uhaul truck and storage space both were a major issue although I had a reservation there was no truck available after about 45 mins of being there someone rode up with a truck smaller than the 1 I requested the whole experience from the beginning was very stressful I was also charged a different price than what was expected was told to call customer service which did not help a manager or supervisor was not available not even a phone number just a email
