The original storage unit I paid for the ventilation and the ceiling was falling apart. I then called the front desk. She did then try to move me to three other units. All three unit units as well ventilation was coming off of the ceiling or either missing. She finally found me a unit I was able to put my stuff in only to be told. I had to pay more money for that unit. When I originally paid for my 10 x 10 unit the unit she found me was a 10 x 15 or bigger. Totally confused of the inconvenience and as to why I had to pay extra when she couldn’t find me any more units of my size. We have contacted headquarters. This location has three days to rectify the situation after that we will go from there.
