Robert L | First ImpressionsLife happens to everyone. Unfortunately, it happened to me. And I was unable to pay for my unit. Instead of selling it and sending it to auction. They settled with me and gave me a chance to get all my stuff. I highly recommend this store for anyone in need of a storage unit. Or a truck rental? Staff was amazing. Management was wonderful. To work with. The only issue I had was there was a water leak at the bottom of the unit. Which destroyed some of my furniture in boxes? Stuff that I'd planned on throwing away anyway. I made the staff aware of it, and they got on top of it immediately. The issue was fixed by the time I returned the truck. I will definitely be using this store again in the future. Thank you to all the ladies that helped me. 5 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

Theresa C | First ImpressionsBeen in this storage unit almost five years. Had rodents in my unit. Dealt with that. Then there was water damages from a roof leak. Which would have been fine had i been notified. By the time I was able to see the damage myself there was mold and water damage to items in my unit. When brought to the staffs attention they could care less because I didn't purchase your insurance. They neglected to inform me thereby there was damage it had nothing to do with the water leak and everything to do with neglect. It would be one thing if this rental agreement actually raised your credit score. But alas America the land where nobody does what's right.
