My only suggestion would be to have a longer timer on the lights, or a light on a timer in the unit. Otherwise, my experience was great!
MICHELLE A | Overall ExperienceWhen we moved on January 22nd, it was extremely cold outside (-18 deg). We were unable to gain access to the facility. Apparently the keypad was frozen. We realize that was a challenging environment but it was still a bit of a frustration. Other than that issue, our experience with U-Haul was excellent.
James R | Overall ExperienceThe staff were extremely helpful. We needed 2 units and they were able to get us 2 units right across the hall from each other. This was SO NICE since we had divided our stuff up for easy access this fall when we are able to sort through everything. THANK YOU!!! We did have difficulty getting into the facility on a Sunday. The large sliding door would not open. There was another person there who was loading things and he said we needed to use the keypad by the service door. We did that, however, we had to prop the door open or we would be locked out. We just need to figure out how to be able to use the large sliding doors on weekends and after office hours. It is difficult to bring loading carts through the service door. But, THANK YOU for providing such a CLEAN facility!!!!
