Denise B | First ImpressionsNeeds to actually bring up auto payments and make sure that people know what policies they have for every month of rental I was supposed to be on auto payments when I first chose to use the storage unit and was not told or maybe I forgot if they had told me anything right now they had someone call me claiming I was not on auto payments and they took my card over the phone which I thought they couldn't do in the first place which is why people had to show up in person every time they had to make payments from a card that was surprising I don't like giving bad information it was very upsetting since I thought they had already taken it out and now they say no matter when you pay I still have to pay another fee by the end of each month
